Up to, with two batteries
Dynamic Mode – WMTC
Up to, with one battery
With two batteries, NOOS® delivers up to 131 km of range in Dynamic Mode – WMTC. With one battery, it still offers up to 62 km of range, making it ideal for everyday urban routes, short commutes, errands and flexible city movement.
The scooter is designed to operate even with a single battery installed, so you can charge one battery while using the other. A simple advantage that makes electric mobility feel easier, more natural and more reliable.
Why removable batteries matter
Charge anywhere
No need to bring the scooter to the charger. Simply remove the battery and charge it indoors, at home or at the office.
More flexibility
Use one battery for everyday rides or two for extended autonomy. NOOS® adapts to your schedule, not the other way around.
Easier energy management
Take your battery with you, monitor your battery status through the NOOS® app, and plan every ride with greater confidence.
Practical for city living
Apartments, shared parking, tight garages and streetside parking are part of urban life. A removable battery system makes charging simpler when fixed charging infrastructure is not available.
Built for peace of mind
The NOOS® battery pack includes smart energy and thermal management, supporting reliable performance and everyday usability.

Built for the everyday questions
Electric mobility should feel simple. So here are the answers to the questions people actually ask.
Can NOOS® work with only one battery?
Yes. NOOS® is designed to operate with either one or two removable batteries. With one battery, it offers up to 62 km of range. With two batteries, it offers up to 131 km of range in Dynamic Mode – WMTC.
Do I need both batteries installed to ride?
No. You can ride with one battery installed. This means you can use one battery while the other one is charging.
How heavy is each battery?
Each battery pack weighs 12.5 kg.
Where can I charge it?
You can charge the removable battery indoors, using the charger supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Always follow the official charging instructions.
How long does it take to charge?
The average charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.
Can I charge the battery overnight?
For lithium-ion battery safety, it is recommended to charge while you are awake and able to monitor the battery, and to unplug it once charging is complete. Avoid charging near exits, flammable materials or in damp or extreme-temperature areas.
What happens if it rains?
NOOS® is made for real urban life, but the battery should always be treated as an electrical component. Riding in light rain should be approached with normal caution, avoiding deep water, flooded roads or direct water pressure. Before charging, make sure the battery and charging contacts are dry. If the battery shows signs of water ingress, damage, swelling, unusual heat, smell or noise, do not charge it and contact official service support.
Can I wash the scooter with the battery on?
Avoid high-pressure water or direct water jets around the battery area, charging port and electrical components. Clean carefully and make sure all battery and charging contact points are dry before charging.
Can I leave the battery in the sun?
Avoid storing or charging lithium-ion batteries in direct sunlight, near heat sources or in very hot or cold conditions. Extreme temperatures can affect battery performance and safety.
Can I use a third-party charger?
Use only the charger supplied or approved by the manufacturer. Using the wrong charger can damage the battery and create safety risks.
Can I replace only one battery?
For replacement, always use genuine batteries approved for NOOS®. Do not mix with non-approved battery packs.
Does the app show battery status?
Yes. Through the NOOS® app, you can monitor energy levels and stay connected with your scooter.
Is the range always the same?
Range depends on riding mode, rider weight, route, speed, traffic, temperature and terrain. The official maximum range is up to 131 km with two batteries and up to 62 km with one battery.
What should I do if the battery looks damaged?
Do not use or charge a damaged battery. Warning signs include cracks, swelling, leaks, unusual smell, overheating, hissing or popping sounds, or visible water ingress. Contact official service support.
